Question ABS TCS lights on

Usually after a few miles of driving my Abs and TCs dash lights will come on always after a left lane change or turn,Even a slight turn of the wheel to the left will cause this.

I suspect this signals one of the front sensors is damaged and a slight side force - like changing lane or turning steering - reveals the fault. Most probably damaged front bearing (hub assembly). Easy to change...but you need a torx 55 and 1 5/16" socket (if same as 90-96 model).
