Is it ileegal to have your interior lights, such as the el wires, and minitubes under the seat and dash on while driving?

depends where u live. but yes they r, u can have them while ur parked but not while driving. might be able to get away with it in philly, i no they allow underglow.

yes it's legal but most cops either wont see it or wont care since it isn't on the outside and not a distraction to other drivers. My car is a blue neon haven(under dash, under seats, next to the seats right by the door) and cops have seen it many times and not stopped me. One cop even said he really liked it one night when he pulled along side of me at stop light. You just have to be careful where you place it.

Where I live cops can't stop you for that. My friend had a neon outside on his car, and got pulled over. Then he put everything inside the car so his interior was glowing blue, kind of distracting, but they couldn't pull him over.

if you can see the blue outside, its still illegal

and always ugly in my opinion.
