Question 02 Windstar Pulling to the righ on acceleration

My lease is up in the fall of this year on my 02 Windstar. I plan on putting another 15,000 km on this vehicle (currently has 85,000 km). Recently when I accelerate the vehicle is pulling to the righr. The steering wheel turns quite sharply upon initila acceleration. When I am driving at higher speeds 80-100 km it does not seem to pull to the right.

Does this sound like an alignment issue or something else? Can I drive this another 6-8 months like this without doing further damage and return it to the delear when the lease is up?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Try a tire rotation & make sure all your tires are aired to door jamb specs. You might have one tire aired up more than the other in the front, or both tires are not exactly the same diameter anymore.
G/luck

Thanks for the advice. I just had new tires put on but I will check the air pressure.

rodeo02 is definitely on the right track. If you have new tires, make sure they gave you a matching set ...all match in size and type... not just brand.
