92 overheating...only sometimes

i have a 92 accord that only overheats when i dont have the defroster on high heat.......i have changed the thermostat, radiator, radiator cap and flushed system..........cooling fan always runs after i turn it off........especially overheats if fan on cool

maybe a clogged hose?

you might want to check for a leak...

just putting in my 2 cents worth... i'm not a mechanic.
