this is my car. well kinda.....it is my car but its photoshoped. the kit wheels and tint are false. I needed to get an Idea of what I want the car too look like when I start the body in a few months. I did this a few years back before andy's started selling their kits. and because of the cost of getting a full kit made from scratch ive decided just to use the front and rear bumpers from the andy's kit and only have the sideskirts fabricated.

O.K. listen up now! I put this photo on the net a few years back on a photoshop site, low and behold some little asstard said it was his actuall car and started a cardomain site which is still there unfortunatly. so to all the asstards who might want to try and claim my work as their own just dont do it. you will be found out a hailed as a dorkass wangslinger!

hopefully if all goes right this car will be hitting the big shows by the end of this year, and I will be able to get a real company to start manufacturing a better kit for the first gen probe.

and if you want to know about the wing bielieve it or not I got it off a 70's conversion van, and it's the best wing I have ever seen on the first gen. the fit was almost perfect and only required minor shaping of the base.

so feel free to tell me what you think.

I do know that that particular kit would be a big seller. Start a poll. See if you can get some people that like it enough to want one. If you get around 20 people that want that, I will make them for you. Let me know? I will check this post back in a few

well this is just strange. we talked earlier. but the thread we were in just up and vanished right when I was going to ask you if you made kits. I am glad you like the design and are willing to make the kit. the fact is I am trying to become a kit designer and am glad to have a company take interest in some of my work.
and who knows maybe I can hit you up with a few more Ideas for kits. or improvments on this kit.

I know advertising is not allowed but this is not technically advertisment I mean I did say I wanted to get the kit manufactured. he said he could do it which is a great deal of help to me.

If the link in your sig is not advertizing then what is it? You obviously put it in your sig for a reason, and that reason is for people to see it! I dont care what it is... TAKE IT OUT! If someone asks for the site then fine, go ahead and post a link to the site but by having it in your sig is advertizing.

If you would like to get specific, we can. Advertisment is telling someone information about something else. thats the basic of advertisement. however when you see moderators with links in there sig you dont say anything do you? I didnt think so.
And if you think thats its ok for them and not us your wrong. #1 there isnt anything in the rules saying that they have the right to. #2 if it did it would be conflicting with the constitution and many other laws that every person,comany,and website has to obide by. Its called predigest of power.

and on another note what you did on your first post directing your statement tords me also broke rules.

well on one hand eclipse is right it is a written rule of the forum.
on the other hand EGP has a point that this is hardly enforced by the moderators many artists in the art forums have links to their sites as a sig. and it really doesn't seem to bother anyone as long as it's in the sig. I think people here just get pissed when advertisers open up new threads just to advertise their products.
