right turn sound under-carrage knocking sound

I have a 93 T-Bird with 110005 miles and when I make a right turn I hear this thud sound under the car? Sometimes when I make a left turn it make the same sound and when I am going straight it doe's the same thing?
What's up with this?

CV joint or a U-joint would be my first guess based on the limited description.

your upper or lower rocker arms on the a-frame ... bearings are prolly goin bad jack up the car.. get the tire off the ground... grab under the bottom of the tire and pull and push (wiggle the tire) if any play or movement the rocker arms are going bad i had the same problem with my t-bird.. bout 6 months ago i got 139,300 miles on mine Does your car pull to the right? Any tread wear on the tires?
