Angry water temperature gauge

my water temperature gauge on my 91 camaro rs isnt working
it just stays at the very bottom and doesnt move at all.
i have already replaed the coolant temperature sensor and the engine temperature sensor.
what else could be the problem.

You've probably stated the answer.
The temp circuit is a very simple one,
but a time consuming job to do.
You're must gain access to the gauge and test it/
find the bad connection.

thanks and last weekend i got underneath the dash and started wiggling wires and the gauge was jumping up and down which makes me think that is just a loose or bad connection.
