Rear defroster not working

The rear defroster on my 1989 Buick La Sabre is not working. I don't know where the fuse block is to check it. I checked the side panel on the dash board and no fuse there. Where do I go from here?

Re: Rear defroster not working

I believe that the fuse block is located under the wood grain panel just to the left of the steering column, where the light switch is mounted. To get it off, you have to open the drivers side door, and turn the two pins that hold the panel on counter-clockwise, and pull them out (they won't come out all the way). The panel should then just pop off.
