Upgrade suggestions?

I have a 1998 Ford Expedition XLT and I was wondering if anyone could give me a list of possible upgrades to add horsepower/torque and increase gas mileage. I already have a K&N Gen II intake, so no need to include an intake in a list. Thanks in advance.

Besides the K&N Gen II intake. I have dual materflows on mimes (1998 Ford Expedition XLT) . Runs cooler and sound great too.
