Aight, these kids at skool think its funny to kick my bumpers, ive tried bitching them out and that seems to just make them kick it more, is it their sign of liking me or am i just stupid, oh wait it might be because i drive an import, hmmm ya that might be it, kids at our school despise imports its like a cult. I dont know but have any of you guys gotten your car kicked. it makes me cry. It sux and i just woke up with this terrible dream of all of these guys kicking my car and now i cant sleep. They also pour anything and everything on my car, yesterday it was code red, my car has been spit on and also they dump their chew crap all over my car. NASTY. What do i do. Do i report them for vandalism???? Do i keep bitchin at em?????:finger: or do i just keep vandalising their cars back. F*****yesterday they made my bumper fall off, and they took one of my books and burned out on it a and tore it in half. Its so frustrating, i turned em in for that one. Damn life at my school sux. Mabye i should just my an american POS. mabye then they'd stop. who knoz. guys what should i do??????????

There are a few options, I guess. Not all of them are going to work very well, but they're worth a try. Ratting them all to the principal of the school could work... but then again it may not since there seem to be a few of them.
Keeping your car at home and find alternative transport to school (public transport, bike etc) would seem to be a good solution - your car can't be booted in / spat on when it isn't there!
Alternatively, you could go to the police about it - even convince them to come to the school and wander around looking fucked off... that might have some influnence on them.
Take an American car to school and see what happens (if anything) to it. If it does - you have an answer! It's more you than your car! If they're just beating on it coz it's an import, chances are they'd do it no matter who you were.

That's about all I can think of for the time being. Sorry to hear about such a load of shit. People like that really FUCK ME OFF.

Do not retaliate against their cars - they'll know its you. Take a picture of them doing that to your car. Make an insurance claim against any damage and show the insurance adjuster the pictures. They'll take it to the cops and believe me, they'll push the cops to do something about those kids. The police will listen to a insurance company more then they will a kid.

I say take a nice bat and cut it down to fit in your back pack then next time you see them going for your car WHOOP THAT ASS!!!! Then tell the school and the cops that these assholes jumped you and you got the better of them . If you are not into violence, which I can understand if you aren't, then I would say find someone who is and pay them to WHOOP THAT ASS!!!

Searously I think yogs probably has the best solution with the taking pictures and all, but it would be cool to take pictures before and after you WHOOP THAT ASS

Sorry to hear about your troubles G I think Yogs has a good solution, the insurance company most surly want some one's head for it when money is envolved.

If it makes you feal any better I had somthing like that happen to me, some hick Harley rider kicked over my gixxer and spat on it, needless to say an little more then slight altercation took place. Luckely for me I had just got my bike and still had skid pegs on it. Any how, most Harley riders are nice guys who just like bikes, but there will always be the idiots who hate crotch rockers/imports because they are too ignorant to recognize a nice car/bike when they see it.

#1. DO NOT retaliate against their cars. You are only lowering yourself to their level, and if these incidents get back to school officials they will not be willing to help you out.

#2. Take pictures of them doing the stuff to your car and submit copies to school officials, the insurance company and the police. Also start writing down dates and times this happens. Import or not, this should not be happening to any car.

#3. If the school officials will not listen (and if it's a public school) take it to the school board. As long as you and the other kids are under school governing at certain times of day, it is the school's responsibility to make your educational experience safe and enjoyable. THis also means they need to be accountable for these kids doing this stuff, especially if it is happening on school property and during school hours.

#4. If none of the above works, take the pictures and include the name and address of the school, names and addresses of the kids at the school and file a claim in small claims court.

Hopefully you can get some result without having to use option #4.

Thanx for all of the support guys, of cousre my first reaction to all of this beatin on my car was do it right back to theirs, but worse , but then id just be down there at their level. I afraid to put anything on the exterior of my car because they will either jack the the shit or ruin it. I talked to one of my teachers about it today and he said that i needed to report it as vandalism to the school cop. I already have proof (campus cameras). So i'm thinkin the next time it happens i'm bustin some ass. But these guys( the f*** jocks, they're just jealous i have better car then them.) do it right in front of me and they act like its some kind of joke, i admit i did go off on one of em once( i usually just say F+++ OFF!) but they just laughed and the next week guess what, they did it agian right as i walked to my car. and they just look at me waiting for me to bitch at them. One of the kids overheard me talking to my teacher and i think it kinda scared him cuz he didnt talk to me all day and he kinda avioded me, so we'll see what happens, mabye they'll stop. and i think the fact that when the teacher asked said "Ashley, you really like your car, huh?" that made the kid feel bad. and plus i got all teary eyed. so mabye this is the end of my problem. mabye not, but now thanx to your guys' help on what to do, i know what to do next. well the pictures and insurance compnay thing is a good idea... probably the best

but if i saw ANYBODY at my school doin that to my car, my first instinct would be to beat the shit out of them
and i'm sure if i was standing right there watching them do it, i would take my fist to their face

Hey guess what, this weekend i went to a party that some kid from our school was throwing, and those annoying bitch guys were there and they say my car sitting out front and they started to deflate my tires. Aight so i get pissed off and the guy i went to the party with( who also happens to be a import racer.) saw them and started shit with them ad then the cops pulled up to crash the party and the guys got busted. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. I was so relieved after the got their tickets. i went up to them and was like BUSTED BIATCH, I TOLD YOU TO LEAVE MY F***IN CAR ALONE. and they just looked at me like they were gonna kill me. Oh well i think thats the end of that cuz when the cops came they looked pretty scared. Well that was a happy ending to a terrible nightmare. Thanx guys for all the help, I appreciate it. :bandit:

Well we've got a court date in about a couple of weeks, so i guess we'll see whats gonna happen. It's not like they were abusing me or anything, all of this vandalism on my car was a joke to them they done really give a shit what happens, but i dont thinka restraining order would be right, RIGHT??? i dunno it would be kinda wierd to have a restraing order agianst them considering we all go to the same school and all. I don't know much about restraing orders but i think they'll just get community service or some bull shit like that. i dunno whats gonna happen, but i guess we'll see.
