Info on hook up remote starter on 99 tahoe

I have a 99 tahoe and i just got the hornet 563t remote starter. I just need little more help

How to find the right wire on the ing block. I have 2 wire that have 12v when the key isn't on. How to find the start wire

NOTE ** If vehicle is equipped with the REAR LIFT WINDOW it is a (+) POSITIVE release, with the CARGO DOORS it is a 5-wire system and requires a relay.

NOTE *** The ECM (Electronic Control Module) is located on the DRIVER SIDE inner fender. The TACH wire is in a BLACK plug marked "WHITE".
