Angry blown crankshaft seal

I have a d16z6 and I have been having a serious oil leaks onto my headers. so first i took off my headers and oil pan and flywheel cover, and both the support bars that go from the tranny across to the block. and i couldnt really trace the leak because the whole back of my block is so dirty. but i have narrowed down the problem and i think it is my crank seal by my flywheel because..
when i start my car up it is fine, but when i go drive it hard for like 5 min, oil drips down onto my headers right in the middle of my oil pan. it almost looks like the leak is coming from the corner of my oil pan gasket where you are supposed to put on liquid gasket.
the leak only gets bad after i go redline it a few times and bring it back, is that because the oil pressure becomes higher than normal or just because it gets spit all around the inside of my engine
to replace my crank seal i have to pull out my transmission huh
