fog light switch

alright...i've just installed a set of new hyper white fog lights, everythings fine so far, but i'm stuck. i'm not so sure how you can run the wires from under the hood and into the dash, connecting that to a switch. is there a hole that i can push the wires into my car because i've been looking for one and there's none. right now, the switch is under the hood because i can't find a way to get through. do i have to drill one in order to get into my car? how should i approach this?

With my fog lights to run the wire through I pushed a wire through the rubber grommet thing around where the steering column goes through the fire wall and then just pulled the wires through and put the switch wherever you want it in your car. There should be a couple spots where the other wires pass through the fire wall just use a coat hanger or some stiff wire and poke it through tape the wires to it and pull it back. Look above the gas linkage area, you will see a hold type thing covered up by cardboard, pull that out, careful not to rip the insulation inside if you plan to reuse it. Then once that's out, stick your finger in, then push, may take a little muscle, mine was tight. Then look in your engine bay, there will be a hole there, somewhere in the middle. You should run your wires through that, that's where the oem kit wires are supposed to go. Hope this helps...
