Re: 04 crown vic gas mileage
A light foot will help more than anything.

Obviously a Light Foot would get the best gas mileage, but thats also allmost impossible for me to do in my 87 Crown Vic,that car wants to go fast, but then again I have done alot of performance mods.I'm Assuming that you have Fuel Injection,so in your Vic the best Gas mileage will be obtained by,Keeping your Air Filter Clean or Replaced every 5-8K Miles,Installing New (or Performance) Oxygen Sensors, and changing your PCV Valve every 10-15K Miles.

Thanx for input, But Do They Have Any Mods like intakes or headers? That would do the trick?

A set of good high flow Headers,or a high flow cold air intake will definatly improve your engines performance, but i doubt it would improve gas mileage any.Out of all the performance mods I have done to my Vic only the Flowmaster 30 Series Exhaust has improved my gas mileage any, after I had it installed I got about 3-4mpg more than before and about 10-15hp more, the cold air intake and big bore throttle body I installed only helped to use more gas,but improved performance by about 15+hp.You can also try running a higher octane gas,I run 93 octane in my Vic and I get about 20-28mpg,lead foot, upgrades and all.

Re: 04 crown vic gas mileage
Cruise control also saves gas.
