dash board removal 95 neon

Can anyone give me step by step instructions on removing the dashboard of a 95 plymouth neon? I need to access wiring harness to repair burnt wires to headlights.

the 95 dash removal is really easy just look along the bottom under the steering column and you will see some screws under those screws and there is one more on the side by the fuse panel remove that too and the top of the dash all just snaps off
