Yes that is a game shoot of GT4..........but why does it suprise you so much?That same car was in GT3 which everyone has.And yea it does have a carbon hood.

Shigeno meaning the creator of the Initial D manga, Shigeno Shuichi.

So the hachi from GT3 was based off the one in Initial D.

It's nonexistent on this car probably due to copyright or something. Any AE86 Trueno can have a carbon fiber hood and Watanabe 8-Spoke rims, but the trademark "Fujiwara Tofu Shop (Private Vehicle)" sticker is unique to the series, and so that's my best guess as to why it's not there.

You see, the AE86 Trueno in Initial D was right hand drive, and the sticker was on the driver's side door (the RIGHT side door, or the door facing us in that picture for those who are still confused).

I never got to play GT3 (sold my PS2 for an XBOX...bad move save for Halo 2) but I have seen the Shigeno Trueno in action at a friend's house. I will have a PS2 ready for GT4 when it comes out though. Will they have the AE86 Levin as well? I can't believe they took it out of GT3...I loved it in GT2.

Perhaps we'll see the Shigeno versions of the FD3S and the FC3S RX-7s as well? I know they only have minor changes to the stock cars, but they're so cool! Wouldn't it be neat to see more than one Shigeno car in the game?

I'd also like to see a MKIV Jetta in the game, but nobody cares about them...
