I have theft light comes on when I turn the ignition to ACC position.
The light stay on (not flashes) untill the engine start.
The owner's manual says that this light must come on when I turn key to ON pos.
Do sombody know what is mean?

Yup, when it is on ACC the light stays solid. But when I start the car it goes off. It also comes on momentarily when ever you turn the ignition to on with out starting it but then it goes off.
