Need some advice/help installing:Washer Nozzle LEDs.

OK...I have the Hood LEDs on and installed except for one small problem, i have no idea where or how to run the wires from the hood...into the car and under my seat. I have an LED underglow kit installed but didnt do it myself, had it proffessionally done. It looks nice and i have a wireless remote and toggle switches to change the 10 patterns of the neon. But i wanted to gain some experience and install the hood neons manually, can anyone Help me? Oh and I drive an '02 neon...and no its not stock its completely modified.

run the wires to the switched power of your corner lights (not the blinking wire)

Re: Need some advice/help installing:Washer Nozzle LEDs.

What exactly are you trying to do here? make the LED's turn on when you squirt washer fluid onto your windshield? If that's the case, why do you need to run the wires under your seat? If you want them just on/off run the wires down the hood through the firewall then into a switch whereever you want them. If you want them to flash when you squirt the juice, wire up a relay from the motor on the pump that moves the washer fluid. That way whenever the pump is activated the relay will send power to the LED's. Also, if you do it this way you will still need to independantly power the LED's, you can't just run them off of the power being supplied to the pump. Hope this helps you out. Peace-

of course if you hook them up to your headlights they'd come on all the time and be illegal (unless they're white and they'd just look dumb)
