88 sentra engine swap

I've got an 88 Nissan Sentra with the crap fuel injected motor that makes NO power. I was wondering if anyone has heard, or done an engine swap on one of these box cars? I like the old school look of these cars and just want more power ga16 would be good enough for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well you can do a number of things with this. If you have a enough
money and mechanical know how.

your car has 70 HP is it's a TBI e-series ,and you can spend money into it and get 100+ ponys . the GA16I has 90 HP and the GA16DE has 110HP . it wold be cheaper to do this. than a complete swap. just for a
ave gain in HP. check here www.nissanforums.com and look under b11-12 sectons and go under e/ca engines and read all day if you want.
