Why my rc car want run?

I am new to Nitro rc trucks. I was wondering why my truck will not run not longer than about 30 seconds.

Re: Why my rc car want run?

Have you ever used an RC before? You need to be more detailed with your description of the symptoms.

Re: Re: Why my rc car want run?

reset the carb to factory settings and keep the glow plug igniter on the plug to keep it running while you are breaking it in. then lean out the engine every now and then by 1/8 turns on the high speed needle and 1/16 turns on the low speed needle and raise the idle speed at first to keep it running longer. it will stall a lot during the break in period
