Jazzed Throttle Body

I found someone ebay that's selling modified Throttle Bodies. He has ported and polished them, 75mm, and claims crisper throttle response and they allow for you to hop up the engine to 375 or so horsepower. He has taken the original butterfly out adn put a brass one in with low- profile screws. He's asking $89 exchange price. They sound prety cool anyway. What do you guys think?
