in all honesty i can get you a job working for me. you sill start out learning about loans and stuff, mostly telemarketing [which is the lifeblood of this side of real estate lending]. with some hard work and a 'tell me what i have to do to make 5000-10000 a month [and then go and do it] attitude you will become a full fledged Loan Officer within 4-6 months and be like me making 20g-25g a month. we deal with bad credit people and to find them you gotta get on the phone and find them. i do it and i recruit people into it. the whole telemarketing thing may seem crappy, but when you get paid $4000 for pulling an app on a person you talked to once it is all worth it. bad thing is that there is like a 2 month starting period where you probably aren't going to get paid much. but once you get over the learning curve the $$$ starts rolling. as far as a place to live, i'm not sure if you got anything lined up, but i can't really help there, other than go to roommates.com or something like it. lots of killer places cheap...

man jake if you are looking to come out to cali you can stay with me, i have an extra room. haha. but yeah so cal is where its at. and what kind of job do you want. if your looking for a mechanic job, im good friends with the head of the service department at mitsubishi, and a bunch of other people around here with shops of all kinds. if your serious or have any questions pm me.
