rear disc brake conversion

Hey can anyone tell me what parts I need to do a rear disc brake conversion on my EG? Is this a easy task?

Please do a search. This is a rather common question and has been covered many times already.

Try searching "rear disc" I know you will find things because I already searched using those words. I am not going to spoon feed you though so dig in and do some reading.
