Question Monza Racing seat install???

I just purchased a Monda Racing seat witht he universal mounting bracket that I have to drill a hole in for the bolts to line up. They say I have to measure the stock one and drill the exact same location and size. Has anyone ever done this before in a 99 Civ and remember what location the hols had to be drilled and what side? I want to have someone do it for me but I want the seat in now so any help would be apreciated. Thanx

Just pull out your seat & take a good look at where you should drill on the seat bracket. It doesn't seem that hard to do... (Just remember where the bolts and such go...)

I pulled the seat out and the mounts to the car from the stock seat are rivited to the bracket on the seat. How am I supposed to get those off or what do I take off to mount the new seat on? The company said there wasn't any extra hardware but I think there is because it didn't have anything but the seat and slider attached to it.
