Power windows for Olds Cutlass Supreme

Hi All

I have a 92 Olds cutlass supreme and having problems with the power windows not opening on the driver and passenger sides. Fuses seem to be or so my friend tells me so.
The back windows work!
The car doesn't have a manuel handle to open the windows.
Would appreciate any advice
TIA

Yes, I also had a power window on my cutlass that would get stuck if you power it all the way to the top. I originally thought it was a blown motor inside the door which would have cost big bucks to replace at the dealer. But I surmised it was not the motor because when I pushed the window button, it was drawing current (I could tell cause the headlights dimmed a little and the rpm dipped slightly). Turns out the motor was ok, it was just plain stuck somehow in a dead spot.

You will have to remove the interior door panel, which is a pain because of those damned plastic push pins. Be careful because it is easy to bust the panel around the pins if you pull to hard. Then take a long steel bar and reach in there and pry down on the lever while pushing the power button to go down. It should pop free. Good luck.

I like the idea of checking everything else out before going for the motor. Especially since it's happeneing at the same time to both of the windows. Only other thing besides whats mentioned here would be the switch itself.
