Question corner "lights" stayin on 4g

ok, i just got some black corner lights and some cool little "bulbs" in my accord......a few things are funny though...
i got a LED light for my turn signal (just one large diameter LED with resistor on anode) and i reallllly like it, looks really clean. (would post pic but no where to put it online)
I can turn off my lights completely and get out car....everyting is off....but if you loooook reallllly close at the led from the front, you can see that its still on. not nearly enough to see from an angle or cause any type of drain from battery but on nevertheless....its odd though b/c i know diodes have a voltage bias and you must exceed this voltage for it to work, even reversed biased will make it come on...so do these things just have a really low biased voltage??

so, these amber led's are staying on all the time, just at a wayyyy lower brightness level.....is there residual voltage gettin to these? whats goin on!!?! lol i dont see how cause there should be a physical switch that opens the circuit.... my little lights beside them are off and nothing else is on, its not like there is a short making them stay on bright or anything, its just like there is about 1 volt gettin to the LED's

you sure they are really on, and your not just seeing a reflection or something. it doesnt make much sense that they would be on with car off, unless your lights were wired directly to your battery.

I'm sure they arent on...im no dummy :-p
All I see is that there is like 1V gettin to these LED's and making them barely emit light....if they were hard wired, they would be REALLY BRIGHT all the time....
man, if only i had somewhere to post a pic...
