need help with R/C car

i just bought a gas R/C car and it worked great until i was going full speed and ran out of gas.

after refueling it
i tried to start it. it starts but the car would just keep moving forward.
like there's no neutral (stuck in gear?)

anyways
wonder if anyone could help me out here.

Your clutch isnt slipping, loosen in up.

is your brakes loose screw thingy loose?

are the servos moving?

I'm guessing the clutch shoes melted to the clutch bell.

try lowering your idle until the engine's rpm is below the clutch shoe's engaging point. if not rebuild ur clutch bell and call it a day

actually tighten your clutch shoes so it will engage at a higher rpm
