Enzo Ferrari Concept - Progress

I been thinking where should I post this thread? street or race? Well, since this is only a concept and was never happen as a race car, so I think it is alright to post here.

I had been gather materials like detail and wire for this enzo. And I start to build it last month (Nov 2004), the hardest to do must be laying carbon fiber. Here are some progress work I've been doing lately. ^_^"

The bodykit had been slightly mod. Wheels are from the Fujimi Toptip F40. This pictures, you can see front side fender hole had been cut and replace by Tamiya plastic beam and will be putty and sand to shape. As for the window is still original, it will be cut to look like the drawing of the Enzo concept.

Here I prime and sprayed Gunze #79 shine red. The window was also been cut. It really looks good to me... ^_^/

Engine had been spray and wiring with some good reference from 'Tipo Ferrari' and 'Rosso' magazine. The fold that wrap on the exhaust was ST27 chrome foil. And also some carbon fiber had been put on some parts too and I also used Model factory Hiro 0.4mm wire.

Enjoy ^_^' and comment are welcome.
I will keep all update soon.

Rtuned aka David

awesome body work! I agree with robrex, can you show some bigger pictures please? I see you applied some decals on the one on your signature, is that the same car?

robrex, ImolaEK, Hiroboy... I wish to, but photobucket do not allow me to upload that much as I'm a free hosting user and I do need some space for my next LeMans contest. If anyone can give me a few more few hosting site, then I may post bigger picts.

ImolaEK... Yes, it's the same Enzo you saw in my signature I can't do models like the rest of the members here (post and progess at the same time). I might not unable to finish it or rushing it, so I choose to take my time to finish and post it up. Currently I'm almost done, left only the wheel offset have to be done and some minor parts to be finish.

I have some more pictures here.

Engine had been detail like the real pict, and I do lack of different size of wire to do the good job. It is a good mistake to learn as my next road Enzo will not have this problem anymore.

Body was decal. I used diecast 1/18 scale decal that given by my friend. After putting the "donut" on the door, then found out it way to big but I find it looks good. Window had masked off for clear coat.
