Question misfire detected?????

driving to school this morning and my check engine light came on, I put the computer on it in school and it said there was a misfire detected in cylinders 2, 3, 4. It runs fine i cleared the codes and the check engine light hasn't came on agian yet. ANYONE have any ideas on what could cause this problem????????? im gonna get new spark plug wires and spark plugs, any ideas of what could cause this?????????/

Re: misfire detected?????

could be a false code... if ur car is running fine then obviously u dont have a misfire, i wouldnt worry about it too much.

I wouldn't worry about it if the CEL has came back on.
