There is a special tool called a serpentine belt remover. However, if you use a ratchet with the proper socket that holds the pulley on the tensioner, you can pull it back and remove the belt. Next, remove the tensioner which is held on by one bolt through the center of it. When it comes off, you will notice that there is a cast tang in the back. When you put the new one on, the cast tang goes into the hole and then the bolt through the center. After it is installed, use your ratchet with the proper socket on the bolt of the pulley and move the tensioner so that you can get the belt on, release the ratchet and you should be ready to go. Make sure that all the grooves are where they belong and that the belt is centered on the idlers.
