my car is making a clunking sound whenever i go over the smallest bumps that i don't even feel. Took it somewhere and they said the shocks and springs were good and everything is tight ? Heard it might be the strut mount ? How do strut mounts break and where are they located on a 93 accord ?

Re: 93 accord clunking sound
check your stabilizer bushings.....there's 4 stacked on top of each other on each side....those commonly wear out. if not a prob there...check other suspension bushings for any signs of wear.

Re: 93 accord clunking sound
if everything else checks out...then i could very well be your strut mount...but i would get a second opinion from another mechanic on your struts.
