Help PLEASE
My car wont start. The lights come on and the battery is fine cuz I tried to replace it. I've tapped the gas and held down on the gas but here nothing in the engine. It was 24 degrees and I turn the key and only here a chugging noice but no engaging by the engine.

Year/Make/Model?
When you say chugging noise I am assuming that the engine is cranking over, right? If it is cranking over is it cranking slowly? If so a discharged battery could be the problem. If its cranking over normally it could be fuel related.

there is no main relay. was there anything leading up to this? hows the oil level/life? does the oil get dark/dirty fast after a change? is the "chugging" noise even or uneven? any engine noise/rattling before? ever replaced the ECT?
i'm probuilly over analizing. if you have a crank no start i would first pull the plug wires off the coils, have a second person crank the engine you should see a spark tower to tower, if you don't, check the DIS fuse and CPS. then check fuel pressure and injector signal, and check the intake for resictions
