will a zc mpfi fit on a d15b2 or do i need a manifold off of a si

It will fit as long as it is for SOHC ZC.
I dont think that the DOHC ZC will work, but not totally sure...
Suppose to be better then the Si...
There may be differences with the vaccum and electrical connections.
