Investigating 05 GTP comp G

Hello gentlemen,
I'm in the market for a new vehicle, probably in April. I've done some digging and so far I am leaning toward the 05 comp G.
I've been very pleased with my Monte Carlo Z34 but was looking for a bump up. I only buy American so foreign suggestions are out.
My budget is right around $30000 give or take a couple grand.

Oh, and I want it to be a 4 door for family purposes.

I would like as much info as possible. Both positive and negative please.

Oh and one other thing, I've read that the GXP is replacing the comp G. Is this accurate? If so, will I have any problem landing a comp G in April?
