96 Nissan Hardbody running bad

I have a 96 nissan Hardbody with a Ka24 the engine runs fine down the highway but when i easy it around it jumps and is weak feeling i've replaced the plugs wires distibutor cap rotar the timeing chain has rattled since 80,000 miles it has 135,000 on it now its been a good truck till this i'm fixin to turbo charge it and i need to get this fixed what do you guys think is wrong i think it mayb a vacume problem because it only happens when the truck is ideleing and when i'm easing it around when i punch it it runs fine till i run below 3000 rpms i've done minor mods to the motor like cold air intake and 2 1/2 inch exhaust denso iridium plugs ultra spark 3 wires the problem i thought was a stuck valve i checked that the valves were fine i've always run penz in my engine some one tried to tell me it was that but when i took the oil pan off a cleaner crank case i've never seen theres no groves on the chambers so it's not a compression loss problem it has good compression i ran restore in it to make sure and i'm out of ideas

could be a vacuum leak. but also, i think all nissans have a Idle Air Control Valve which controls idle. if that is clogged it could cause it. matter of fact, anything clogging the air stream would cause it. you also might want to try cleaning the throttle body and changing the PCV valve.

good luck...
