Injector Circut Malfunction (P0206)

I have a 2000 Dodge Durango SLT 4WD with 48k on it. About a month ago, my engine would run rough for 2-3 seconds after accelerating from a warm start and then go back to normal. This caused my check engine light to came on with code P0208, which is injector circut #8 malfunction and another code for cylinder #8 missfire. This problem doesn't occur after every start. It only seems to happen after driving the durango for at least 15 minutes, shutting it off for 1-5 minutes and starting it back up. After running several fuel cleaners through it, manually cleaning the fuel injectors, and trying several other things, I ended up switching fuel injector #7 with #8 to see if the problem then shifted to #7. I also bent the metal tabs in the connector so they would form a tighter connection. The problem went away for about a month.

Now, the error code P0206 has appeared, which is the same problem except with injector #6. It happens a few times a week when it is started warm. I plan on bending the tabs on connector #6, but I'm not sure if this is the cause of the problem. Does anyone have any ideas what is going on, or how to fix the problem?

Thanks!
Dave K.
