>>>ATTENTION: Need feedback<<<

I was talking with Jake (aves911), the second administrator, and we were discussing if it would be beneficial to merge the Sunfire and Cavalier forums into one "J-Body" forum. We decided that it would be good to get the members' feedback. Please note that niether forum is a particularly high traffic one, so merging them would probably double the traffic, leading to many more resources.

So, do you think the Sunfire and Cavalier forums would serve better merged into a single "J-Body" forum?

Yes, merge them. They are essentially the same car (mechanically, anyway). Most of the tech info interchanges.

Re: >>>ATTENTION: Need feedback<<<

I think it would enhance the overall technical level of both forums. So, yes, merge them into one comprehensive forum where all of us can join together while we bash our proverbial heads against the wall.

How about instead of completely dumping all of the sunfire threads into the cavalier forum, I create a set of subforums like their are in the camaro forum for the cavalier and sunfire. These subforums would be linked together. That way we can pool all of the technical information but still have separate forums for model specific stuff.

The subforums would be:
Performance
Non-performance
Problem Diagnosis

How about a setup like that?
