A/C water leak?
OK so it rained here for about 5 days straight pretty hard, and i hadnt been driving the sol then, when i got back in the passenger side mat was soaked. It happened in my freinds 04 SRT-4 and anothers 00 olds. The guy with the olds told me that its comming through the A/c, so he taped his inlets off, while this will fix the problem, i hate ghetto jobs, and id like to be able to just turn my a/c and not have to go out and remove the tape first. Anyone know a fix, or whats really happening? thanx

I had this problem in my s2000. It was from having 2 passengers in the passenger seat. Underneath the dash is a little rubber hose. That got twisted and bent from someones feet, blocking the water from getting out. So everytime i would accelerate or corner hard, i'd get random splashes on the floor. It was pretty soaked. It makes a weird sound too as if you had loose rocks in your dash rolling around. As soon as you unfree the hose, the water will pour out underneath the car. Hope that helps
