need info about a 03-04 CR-V motor in a 91 si hatcback

i have a 91 civic si hatch and i have a 03-04 honda cr-v motor and would like to know what kind of trouble i would have swapping it in and is that a good motor to run all-motor with?the motor is an DOHC 2.4 I-VTEC.(i already have the motor)

You're speaking of the K24. Its better to get one out of the TSX, since you can almost readily swap a K20A2 head on it.
