took on a truck and a stang
heading home tonight i was going down one of the many backroads that lead to a main road. Beside me at a light some guy in a chevy s10 truck revvs and his friend sticks his head out going "wanna race?" i went "why the hell not"
so light goes green, i punch it... he get's to my door but doesn't get any further... at about 70 i let off the gas as i notice a car merging ahead... he honks and turns. Too dangerous to continue here, so i turn on my main road home... i noticed some familiar headlights in my rear while i was going up against the chevy.. i hear the engine... 302 boss.. for sure this time. Guy i went up against before had his engine swapped from the 4 banger to the 8 cyl 302... he rolls his window down "dude you had that guy, wanna go?" i nod and we line up at the next red light. turns green and i punch it again, i'm a bit ahead.. i'm thinking "dude this is awesome" then i think there's a cop watching so i let off the gas... he doesn't... No cop... so igive it some more, but it's already too late.. he's way ahead.. i honk at him and he gives me a thumbs up from his window. i let off the gas and let the j30 cruise home from there.

he claims to be stock.. the time for his car is 16.8 but he magically pulls a 15.3...

The people I'm worried about are who pull up next to this
 and ask ther person if they wanna race. All I'm trying to say is, how does someone pull up next to you thinking "oh this guy in an old infinity is gonna race" No offense, but where I live, I don't think it would attract any racers.

no magically to it by the way... i just don't have a scanner for the slip... since it's an hour away from where i live to do the 1/4... it's not like i'll be going there alot. No claims to anything i say... i can drive my car. I will be doing a custom exaust eventually after the holidays. the guy in the truck was doing it to everyone though... so i didn't think i was too special.

I'm really not trying to be an ass here. But seriously dude, do you actually think you went 15.3 in your car, being an auto. With the manual listed as 16.8?? Everyone know's manuals get better times then autos.
