Low Pitch Squeal in Heater/AC Fan

I just purchase a 2000 I30t a month ago and just noticed a low pitch squeal coming out of the right side exhaust port for the heater/ac unit in the lowest fan setting. I also heard this on another used I30t before I purchased this one, but didn't relate the two until just recently. I took the car to the dealer for another issue and they were "unable to hear the noise..." - go figure. Has anyone else experienced this - and do you know how to fix it? Thx.

I have what sounds like the same issue on my 2002 nissan maxima GLE. Only makes the noise when the fan is on low. Only hear it on rainy days and also louder on cool days. Just thought I would see if you found out what it was.
