93 Jimmy Tailgate/hatch handle/lock

I broke the handle that can unlock the back glass and pop open the tailgate. Has anyone dealt with this before? if so, would it better to try and adhese the handle back on there or buying a new one? With a new one, would I need the whole assembly and how much would that set me back?

kudos to anyone with this knowledge that is willing to share it with me

Hit this site, there's an 800 number to call for information on junk yards in your area, or you can search the database
