Hi. Look, I have a 240Z Banzai Magazine issue. I love it, so had try to find some info about it in the net. Found a very special one, the Darius 240Z (If you don't know wich one is it, try fo find something about it, IT'S VER AMAZING!!!). This car has a V8 from e Chevy, and it's really a very strange and special car. So I want to build something like this. I ordered already the 240Z from Fujimi. Now I need the Engine, but I don't very much about american Engines, only about the Hemi. So, my questions are... Wich one is the best manufacturer in American Engines? How can I find them? Exist any Chevy V8 engine or any Hemi en 1/24 Scale? Please, is anyone know anything about this, send me an e-mail or something... I'm very desperate. THANKS A LOT

Yea the darius Z is a bad ass car. If you want to build it to match that car look for revell or amt camaro/firebird somewhere between 93-97. Not sure who makes it but i know there is a 30th anniv camaro and a 96ish transam that has that same engine. It is a LT1. If you want a really cool engine/trans combo get a revell 2002 camaro ss and transplant the LS1/T56 into the 240z. The LS1 is quickly becoming one of the most swapped engines in the 1:1 world and has shown great success in FD rx7's.

If you can't find Revel/AMT kits where you are try Ebay. Here is a LS1-SS Camaro.

Darius's Z has some fancy "chevrolet" insignia valve covers, I'm sure you can source those from other kits.
The vortech supercharger you could scratchbuild

HRE wheels shouldn't be too hard to find either.
