ABS light comes on then car overheats

Hi all

I have a 1998 venture and been having a problem of the ABS light coming on then the car overheats. When the ABS light is off the car runs normally.

Spent thousands of dollars but no workshop is able to find a fix.

The dealer also could not know the cause of the problem. But they suggested taking the engine down, then they may know the problem. This will cost me at least 3000 dollars and my not solve the problem.

If anybody had a similar problem and a fix I would apprecitate the help.
