88 Bonneville missing on 2 cylinders

My 88 Bonneville SSE 3800 is missing on two cylinders. I replaced the coil assembly, spark plugs, spark plug cables, and the two fuel injectors. The two cylinders that are missing share the same coil.

I have a 89 bonneville sse. I had the same problem with mine. I changed everything you did. The problem ended up being the ignition control module. That is the thing under the coils that the coils hook to. I got one from a junk yard because they are not cheap to see if that was the problem....Well now problem solved. Hope that helped
