Re: Rpm's Goes Up And Down Please Help!!!
There's a small air tube/valve that runs to your stock air intake that needs to be plugged in order for the engine to get the proper air mixture. Make sure you check that tube that goes to the throttle body. I had this problem when I put in my first intake. Hope it helps. To test and make sure this is the problem, put your car in idle and plug the hose with your finger, it should drop the RPM's considerably. Release the finger and it will jump up again. It normally runs at around 700 RPM's when normal. Cool?

I have that same problem. I have been told that there is a vaccume leak somewhere. Use a can of ether and spray the vaccume hoses and where they connect. When the car drops in rpms, you have found your leak. Replace hose. Hope that works

the crank angle sensor is inside the distributor, you would more than likly have to get it from the dealer.
