Headlight Lens

Subject is a 1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager

My headlamp lens have clouded up over the years....does anyone know a fix shout of replacement??

cruse the message boards, someone talks about a polishing kit, I have had luck with 1200 wet/dry then a lot of elbo grease and polishing compound, then keep them waxed

But the inside is a pain to get to...
