cant fix code 43/ bogging idle

I have had a code 1 and 43 in my d16z6 w/ p28 for a couple weeks now. my car has been running worse and worse, and now after i drive it hard and turn it off then try to turn it back on it wont even turn back on, i have to pull my fuses and reset everything to fool my computer into starting over. I put a new o2 sensor in tonight and the codes havent popped back up yet but the car is still running very lousy. its been redlining at 6k and has a very disturbing idle, it drops down to like 2-300. i checked my fuel filter the other day it didnt have any crap in it. usually when mine get dirty when i take them out and turn them upside down chunks of crap fall out, but it is pretty new. which things should i try first, this is probably the order i will try


clean out my fuel pressure regulator with some carb cleaner or a new or adjustable fuel pressure regulator
new fuel filter
new fuel pump (walbro 255lph)
some serious injector cleaning (suggestions?)

none of the other online forums have too much help to offer with code 43 other than its usually o2 sensor. though the codes havent popped back up its still running the same, i just drove it home proably not long enough for the CEL to turn back on. feedback is super appreciated. this forum has seemed kind of dead lately. no offense moderators
