adding nitrous oxide to a supercharger

Hi,

I have a 2002 40th anniversary gtp and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions or thoughts to about adding a nitrous oxide system to go along with the supercharger. Is it a bad idea?

Thanks,

Since you have a later model GTP I think it is a good idea if used sparingly or when you really need it. Good method of getting quick horsepower or preserving fuel economy since it is not active at all times. There is a local guy with a '99 GTP that has this Zen Nitrous Kit with Thrasher throttle body adapter. He uses a range of 50 - 150 shot. The nozzles have to be mounted behind the MAF sensor. Checkout link below:

I haven't considered installing one on my GTP especially with 91K miles and due to the reputation of the weak 4T65E-HD tranny. I've got enough horsepower from other aftermarket mods.
