Question Brake Clicking Noise 2000 Grand Am GT

I have a two door 2000 grand am gt which I just replaced the front brakes and rotors on it. I have a friend who works for Ford, and he volunteered to help me out if I help him out with his computer. I watched him while he did it, it seemed pretty normal things. The only thing that alarmed me, when he was pressing the caliper on the front passenger side back in there was a weird noise. It sounded kind of like a bubbling noise. He told me that it was the brake fluid rushing back up to the brake cylinder reservoir. Well after he done it, I noticed that I had to press further on the brakes to get the car to stop. He told me that it was normal till everything warmed out and set in place.

Well it has been three days, and still I am having the same problem, and to come to a semi abrupt stop I have to push the brakes down so far that I hear clicking noises. It clicks the further you push the brakes down. I checked the reservoir, and the fluid is above full, which I haven’t added fluid to in for awhile.

What could this possible be?
